As for the incident in which you are refering too, seeing how I witnessed all of the events, and seeing how Lexal Khan is a monarch upon Divide, he only employees diplomatic immunity while away from the Stone Kingdom. Though I do realize that you feel strongly about wanting to make ammends and have things right, I can assure you that you have broken no laws of this city in holding your own establisment. It is your rules within the building that matter, so long as no major laws are broken of the city, state, realm, land of Val'Dariah upon Greater.
