I intercepted the letter to Bryce. I am council member Lucian Darkstar. Though I represent the human voice in this city, I am part of the governing body. I am currantly at the fountains near the city gates. The guards told me you went to through the southern gate. I am willing to see you so that you can see Lady McCloud when she wakes up.
